Cambridge North is a regeneration project by our client Brookgate. Its aim is to transform an area of unused, derelict railway sidings and create an attractive environment around the new station, including first-class homes, places of work, a hotel, shops, cafés and open spaces.
Silk Pearce has created the brand and marketing materials for Cambridge North, combining a bold graphic approach with striking illustrations by Sarah McMenemy. We've produced site hoardings, to brighten up the area while the development is in the early stages, and designed marketing brochures for the first building - One Cambridge Square - 87,000 sq ft of prime office space. Our work also includes a website for the scheme, where we've designed and built the site and compiled the content.
