Among Brookgate’s most important projects is an exciting new city quarter in Cambridge called CB1 - a development that includes offices, major retailers and student accommodation. CB1 will also provide a transport interchange, attractive parks and community spaces. This desirable scheme has attracted both local and multinational businesses including Microsoft, Amazon and Mott MacDonald.
Silk Pearce designed a visual identity and marketing campaign for CB1, and we were responsible for the strapline ‘see, be’, inspired by the letters in the postcode. We’ve created literature and a website, and designed site hoardings for landmark buildings which depict a shelf of books - a reminder of the city’s role in inspiring generations of famous Cambridge authors and scientists. We've also created Brookgate's corporate website as well as one for the Cambridge North development, along with associated literature and marketing for the scheme.
