Skills and strengths
We cover the full range of design disciplines from corporate identity through to literature, websites, catalogues, exhibitions, signage, packaging and colour consultancy. We are able to complete all projects in-house including website construction, ensuring both the consistency and quality of design and presentation from paper to screen.
We pride ourselves on our ability to work with clients, and design solutions are produced as part of a continuous dialog. In this way projects continue to develop following the presentation stages.
Our background
Peter Silk and Jack Pearce met whilst studying at the Royal College of Art and later worked together for Wiggins Teape. They formed Silk Pearce in 1984 after working separately for award-winning design groups.
Silk Pearce has consistently had work accepted for commendation by design associations such as the Designers and Art Directors Association, The Chartered Society of Designers and the Design Business Group.

Over the 25 years since we were established we have worked with many different regional, national and international businesses and organisations.
We have significant experience in arts, biotech, charities, chemistry, electronics, finance, government, grocers, healthcare, hotels, life science, marketing, market research, museums and historic organisations, music, NGOs, paper manufacturing, postal services, professional services, property, retail, solicitors, stationers and more.
